The people where rude and have not finished the job they where paid for in 6 weeks now. They left a hole in my house and mice and bugs are coming in due to the poor job done ... do not use this company they are over priced and under quality. 6 weeks and they have been called 20 times to come back out the owner Tony is ignoring the problem.

We Own Reds Country Store in Blairsville GA and we have had Tri-State service a 3-door refrigerator twice within 48 days for not cooling properly. The first time they put freon in and the charge was $407.50. They also put $42.50 freon in a freezer at our request. A month and a half later we called them back because the cooler was not cooling again. He put more freon in and we received another bill for $222.50 - with $22.50 being freon.

Although the technician was nice and helpful, I find that paying a company to repair a problem and them just continuing to put more freon in when there is obviously a leak is just bad business practice. I WILL NOT be using this company again. Just can't afford paying $222.50 every 48 days when it should've been repaired or at the very least they should've told us they couldn't repair it the first time.
